Everything you need to show PropList correctly: the logo, colours, type, icons, photography and the way we write.
PropList helps people in Malaysia find their place: to buy, rent, share or run a business from. We pair a clear, trustworthy marketplace with PropAI, a search assistant you can simply talk to.
Promise
Find your place in Malaysia.
The line under the logo, and the reason every screen exists.
Personality
Clear · Honest · Helpful · Quietly smart
We explain prices, label boosts and show where a band comes from.
Symbol
A smart home
A home with the PropAI spark at its heart: the place you are looking for, found by AI.
The wordmark is the primary logo. Use the full-colour version on white or light backgrounds and the reversed version on navy or photography. The app mark is for small, square spaces only.
Primary: night navy letters, home-teal accents.
Reversed: white letters, bright-teal accents, on night navy or dark photography.
App mark: app icon, favicon and social avatar. The home circle on a night-navy tile.
Inverse mark: for places that already have a dark background or a navy frame.
One change turns the name into the logo. Never redraw it; use the supplied files.
Give the logo room. The clear space on every side equals the height of the home circle (marked x). Nothing else (text, edges, other logos) may enter it.
The logo only works when it is consistent. Do not alter it in any of these ways.
Also don’t: capitalise it (“PropList” is fine in running text, but the logo is always lowercase), swap the house for another icon, move the spark out of the house, or put the logo inside a box.
Navy carries trust, teal carries the home and PropAI, and coral is saved for the one action that matters on a screen. Keep roughly 60% neutrals, 30% navy, 8% teal and 2% coral.

Text colours on tints and buttons meet WCAG AA contrast. Bright teal is only for use on navy; on white, use home teal.
Three working typefaces plus one reserved for the logo. All are open-source and self-hosted, so pages load fast and look the same everywhere.

Icons are simple line drawings on a 24 px grid with a 1.8 px stroke, round ends and round corners, the same language as the house in the logo. Use them to support a label, never to replace one.
The product is part of the brand. Buttons, labels and cards follow a few simple rules.
Real, bright, lived-in spaces in Malaysia. Natural light, straight verticals, no heavy filters. People can appear, but the home is the subject.
Daylight interiors, shot level at chest height, with straight verticals.
Kuala Lumpur and local streets for banners, under a navy wash so text stays readable.
Wide-angle distortion, HDR halos, fake skies or virtual staging without a label.
Placeholder stock photos must be labelled “Illustrative photo” and credited to the photographer. A poster’s own photos always replace them.
We sound like a knowledgeable friend who works in property: plain words, real numbers, no pressure. English first, with Bahasa Melayu where our customers use it.
